In-Network Vs. Out of Network - What does it mean?
Dr. Chris Wagner is an in-network provider for Delta Dental. However, we also accept insurance payments from nearly all of the other major insurance companies. Many patients don't always realize that we can still see them even when we are not in-network.
The fact is, many dental insurance plans still offer "out of network" benefits. And in many cases, those plans do not change the percentage of coverage, but some do.
Out of network benefits are very similar to in network, with only some slight differences in what the patient pays out of pocket. The best way to determine if you have out of network benefits is to contact your insurance company.
Patients who are “out of network”, choose to see Wagner Dental because of the high level of care and quality dentistry they receive.
Regardless of your insurance coverage, Dr. Wagner determines your treatment needs by your personal goals for your dental health combined with his own treatment recommendations based on his years of clinical knowledge.
